Well Fed is a a way to put food on your table and at the same time access support to help you solve the problems you are facing.

Find the same range of products in our shop as you’d expect to see in local supermarkets - including fresh fruit and vegetables, tinned goods, baked items, frozen food, sanitary and household items.

You'll pay £5-10 per week depending on the size of your household. For that you will be able to buy food equal to the value of a regular supermarket shop £60-£120 depending on the size of your household.

You can use the Well Fed Shop for up to 6 months. During the 6 months you will receive support to work through any issues you are facing. We will link you in with any help we can to help you take the next steps in your journey.

There are two Well Fed Shops. One based at 3 Glenford Way, Newtownards in The Warehouse & our mobile shop. Our mobile shop visits a range of places throughout Ards & North Down every day.

We can help with most things - & if we can't help, we will make sure you get in contact with the people who can. For e.g. Debt, housing, mental health, benefits, employment, child care, drugs & alcohol etc.

You can become a member if you are at risk of or currently experiencing food poverty, live in Ards & ND area, have a low disposable income & want to focus on your overall wellbeing.

Once you complete your registration form we'll contact you and arrange for you to come down for. a cuppa, have a chat with us and see how we can help. There's never an obligation so come on down for a chat.
